What happens if I run out of data?

If you use all the data included in your plan, you can stay connected by purchasing a top-up.

A top-up is an add-on that gives you extra data on your existing eSIM plan. Once you purchase it, the additional data is usually active within minutes and lasts until the end of your current plan period (or until you add another top-up).

You’ll be notified as you get close to your data limit so you can top up before service is interrupted.

• You need an active plan in order to add a top-up.

• Some offers may not allow vouchers or discounts to be applied to top-ups.
